Making a referral should be a simple task. Make a referral quick and easy on our home page (from your phone/ laptop or tablet) and have a receipt sent to your email in a PDF attachment to keep for your records.

Although there are automated systems to our OnSpot Courses, we understand the importance of being able to still interact with real people. Especially for our referral sources. Each of our providers will have an area rep they will always be able to call, text or email to assist as needed.

As long as we have a release signed by the service member, you're good! Our goal is to coordinate care in the best way possible to better assist our clients as well as our providers.
